Tyler Winterbower - Project Consultant

As your Project Consultant, I will be with you through the entire process. I will first meet you to prepare your estimate, and then will also act as your project manager while I oversee the work of our skilled painters all the way through to final inspection.

Growing up in Manitou Springs – a town full of art, creativity, and passion – always left me wanting to do something that brought new life to something old. So when I saw my chance to make the painting trade my career, I was all in! Now a decade later, I have never looked back.

This industry allows me to be passionate about my work, pour my heart into it, see real home transformations happen in real-time, and make connections with endless people that I never would have met before. I believe that painting is more than just a trade; it’s an art form that demands craftsmanship. And that is what separates us from the average individual with a brush and a roller.

I strive to give my very best to every project, but even more importantly, to every customer, and help them see that I care about every one of them personally. I am proud of the relationships I have forged and the reputation I have built for giving exceptional customer service. And I look forward to serving all my customer for decades more.

Barry Hemmert - Owner

While my current role keeps me busy behind the computer most days, I am highly involved with all day-to-day operations of the business. One of my highest priority activities continues to be regular communication with painters in the field multiple times throughout the day to make sure we stay on track to exceed your expectations. You can expect to hear from me at various stages throughout your project from calling to set your initial estimate appointment, to regular follow up to make sure you are receiving our promised 5-Star experience that has become our trademark.

After graduating from Manitou Springs High School and UCCS with a degree in Finance and Business Management, I got my professional start working in banking. It didn’t take me long to realize office work left me unsatisfied. So I set out in search of greater freedom in an industry where I could be more “hands-on” and make a noticeable impact in the community.

As the son of a third-generation contractor who worked his way through college with a paintbrush in hand, construction and contracting were always familiar to me. But along the way I also realized the construction industry was burdened by a reputation for lack of professionalism, craftsmanship, and integrity. From that time on I set the goal to make these my defining mark.

Fast forward nearly two decades and I now have the privilege of employing other experienced painters who are eager to stand out among their peers. Together we produce excellent work and are building a legacy that I am very proud of.
